No, but one does TEST a hypothesis, presumably not knowing whether it will be proved true or false. What I am asking is: Is it ever acceptable/legitimate to propose a non-human hypothesis for a UFO case for which all man-made and natural phenomena have been objectively and definitively been ruled out? Yes or no?
