I'm beginning to think the promises of CBD are hugely overblown. I've been experimenting for several months now - different brands, different dosing - and I've yet to find anything that gives me the help with sleep that I need. The last one I tried actually made it WORSE; previously, I'd fall asleep in about 15 minutes; a few drops of this stuff and I'd lay there for AN HOUR AND A HALF wide-ass awake. I'm done. Pretty much resigned to insomnia the rest of my life.
